Position: Field Sales Manager
Job Overview:
A Field Sales Manager is responsible for finding new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and creating strategies to boost growth, increase sales, and explore new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new clients and markets to expand the business.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support business growth.
- Ensure a smooth process for onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales or marketing
Age: 21-38 years
Skills Needed:
- Good communication skills (both speaking and writing) to build relationships and close deals.
- Knowledge of sales techniques to increase sales and revenue.
