Manager - Field Sales - Hospitality (2-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to secure bookings from various institutions and companies
- Identify potential customers and create a prospect list to generate new business
- Initiate contact with prospective customers and build relationships through regular communication
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and inquiries
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our campsite, services, and rates
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Attend relevant industry events to network and promote our campsite
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in sales and business development in the hospitality sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
