Responsibility : Individual would be responsible for generating sales from new customers mainly Organized Retail/FMCG/Local Mobile Chains.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating Sales from new customers mainly Organized Retail /FMCG/ Local Mobile chains segments by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- To meet stake holders in Retail/FMCG /Local mobile chains , present offerings and its superiority thereby Generating Sales.
- To engage with retail designers for sampling and prototyping, ensuring that Client solutions are recommended for the project by the respective designers at the end client.
- To understand the design intent, recommend solutions, preparation of BOQ , submission of commercial proposals, Prototyping and closure of orders.
- To work with Client's regional Leadership, Manufacturing, design team and co-ordinate for the successful closure and implementation of Customer programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve services and product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management /Engineering, Interior Decor, Visual Design,Merchandising, Event Management, Hospitality or Customer Sales.
- Three or more years of experience in field sales , relationship management, or a related field, preferably within the media manufacturer, print industry, signage
- Interest in understanding of materials, its applications and their usage in production.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to client management.
- Proficiency in multitasking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
