Manager - Field Sales - Financial Products (4-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Field Sales Manager will be primarily working with customers in planning their financial goals as well as helping them to achieve it
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Make Sales visits & calls to potential and/or existing customers.
- Extensive travel required
Experience, Skills and Attributes
- 4-8 years of retail/consumer sales experience, preferably, financial products
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Good Team player
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Comfortable in Fast changing business environment and requirements.
