Job Details : 

- Candidate should have handled bigger corporate accounts in local market.

- We need Hard core Sales guys (All his work experience) with relevant experience in Corporate sales.

- 4+ yrs. of overall B2B corporate /direct sales experience.

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Target Oriented : 


- Proven record of superior sales targets achieved in previous organization(s) would be an added advantage. Incumbent should be able to thrive on targets and should be motivated to achieve them.

- Commercial Acumen: Should be comfortable with negotiations, terms and conditions, pricing discussions and costing.

- Experience of using Sales Automation Tool is vital

Team Player : 


- Should be able to demonstrate team spirit & work in team

- Sales Performance

- Direct own efforts to ensure new sales/ business development targets are met

- Ensure adherence to assigned sales budgets

- Work with service delivery team seamlessly for execution of contracts and addressing customer issues

- Sales Origination

- Leverage account plans to target existing client opportunities

- Build connect with existing clients within assigned area/ geography through regular client visits to identify and follow-up on potential sales opportunities

- Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (cold call, meetings etc.) to generate new sales leads

- Support bid process including bid writing, finalization of commercials and submission of proposal
