Manager - Field Sales - Chemical Products (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- The successful candidate will be in charge of growing our customer base, hitting sales goals, and boosting sales in the domestic market.
- The ideal applicant will have both B2B sales experience and a solid understanding of chemical goods.
- Locate and cultivate fresh business prospects, Achieve and surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Manage customer relationships.
- Offer the management team advice and insights to improve sales and strategy.
Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to reach agreements that will benefit all parties.
- Oversee the whole sales cycle, from order taking to delivery, making sure that client orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Keep complete and accurate records of all sales operations, contacts with customers, and contracts.
- Create and deliver projections, market analyses, and sales reports on a regular basis to the sales manager.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
