Manager - Field Sales/Business Development - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Candidate Profile :
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
- Education Qualification : Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
Job Profile :
- Manager - Field Sales/Business Development - Agency Channel - Life Insurance
- The key responsibility of this role is to build a high-performing distribution network of Financial Consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.
- Post onboarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon the Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.
- After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, training, managing and driving a team of financial consultants.
- This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and Financial Consultant/customer's location. You will be required to be in the market to meet customers/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as and when required).
- You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets
