Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Oversee and manage a team of outside sales representatives (OSRs) who work with insurance agents.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of OSRs.
- Set sales targets and goals for the team.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance.
- Provide coaching, support, and motivation to OSRs.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
- Identify and resolve issues within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
