Job Description
A Field Sales Manager is needed to guide and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet their sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage in field sales and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and managers for insurance policies.
- Conduct extensive fieldwork and actively hire new advisors.
- Set business objectives in collaboration with advisors.
- Regularly review performance and establish new goals.
- Drive the sales of life insurance policies through the agency model.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
- 3+ Year residential or Native.
