Job Description :
- Oversee and lead a group of field sales agents, offering them direction, instruction, and assistance to help them reach their goals.
- Create and carry out strategic plans to boost sales revenue and market penetration in the designated territory.
- Examine market trends and sales data to find areas that could use improvement.
- To promote continuous progress, set explicit sales goals and KPIs for the team, track success often, and give feedback.
- Encourage cooperation, creativity, and professional growth among the sales team members by cultivating a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- To match sales efforts with overarching business goals, collaborate with other divisions including marketing, product development, and customer service.
