Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Our sales department is eager to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate for the role of Sales Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To fulfill the sales unit's business goals, the incumbent will design and implement a sales strategy for the partner, providing leadership, inspiration, and direction.
- Recruit, evaluate, and train new agents.
- Assess performance and create action plans.
- Develop strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Lead a team of advisors.
- Encourage the team to meet their targets.
- Deliver training and guidance to the team.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 2 + years of Experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum qualification- Graduation required.
- Age between 21 to 38 Years.
- Must be local candidates
