Job Description :

- We are looking for a results-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector sales team. The ideal applicant will have a thorough grasp of the BFSI business, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of success in field sales. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be in charge of meeting sales objectives, extending our client base, and driving our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide guidance and inspiration to field sales representatives while leading, training, and evaluating them.

- Execute strategic sales strategy in order to meet or surpass BFSI sales targets.

- Increase your consumer base by acquiring new accounts and developing client relationships.

- Maintain solid connections with key clients by providing specialized financial solutions to their requirements.

- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor actions.

- Coach and coach the sales staff in order to improve their sales abilities, product knowledge, and customer service.

- Present monthly sales reports to senior management, emphasizing important performance indicators and areas for development.

- Ensure that sales operations are in accordance with rules.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.


- MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in field sales management within the BFSI sector.

- Strong understanding of financial products and services.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
