Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects
- Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities
- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer or with Prop Tigers Developer Relations Team for any clarification required for that
- Be compliant with sales process
- Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with PropTiger at all touch-points
- Provide after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers
Requirements :
- Min 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector / BFSI
- Good Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytic skills
- Team handling experience
- Problem solving
