Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee field sales activities, develop market penetration strategies, and enhance customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives for high performance.

- Conduct on-site customer interactions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Identify untapped markets and emerging opportunities to maximize sales potential.

- Build and manage a network of channel partners, distributors, and stakeholders.

- Ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

- Develop data-driven performance tracking systems to monitor sales trends.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the sales team.

- Strengthen post-sales support and customer retention strategies for long-term growth.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of field sales experience with a strong track record in revenue generation.

- Expertise in team leadership, target setting, and performance management.

- Strong ability to negotiate, build relationships, and close deals effectively.

- Hands-on experience in territory mapping and market segmentation.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting software.
