Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Building enduring relationships with customers and inspiring brand loyalty in them.
- Introduce, establish, and maintain new goods.
- Locate and investigate fresh markets and seize lucrative business chances.
- Create a business potential map, analyse existing product lines, and find new, profitable ones
- Development management of key accounts
- In charge of overseeing the network of dealers and sub-dealers, growing the current dealer and distributor network, and managing relationships with dealers.
- Managing the dealer networkchanges products, plans, and policies in response to market changes.
- Keeping up credibility with current clients while attracting new ones. a heavy emphasis on their ongoing development
- The penetration of the brand product availability was enhanced by fortifying the sub-dealer network.
- To keep an eye on, regulate, and reclaim credit terms.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
