Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Finding new business prospects via outbound calls and emails as well as inbound lead follow-up.
- Requirements and needs of the customer are understood, and the best solution is suggested appropriately.
- Close new business by vetting prospects and setting up virtual meetings and demonstrations with important decision-makers.
- Regularly checks, with little oversight, the user-entered data stored on the systems to make sure it is accurate.
- Uses pre-existing templates to collect and aggregate data from sources and supply it as input for forecasting.
- Work closely with the team, participate in sales meetings, and stay up to date on all product details, costs, and contract conditions.
- Remaining up to date on rival goods, novel technologies, and services.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
