Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Creating sales and hitting predetermined goals for sales will be the territory sales manager's responsibility.
- Apart from fostering and preserving connections with current distributors, he or she must also locate and suggest the appointment of new distributors.
- The position will also involve creating sales plans, making ensuring that sales operations run well, and disseminating sales information and market intelligence.
- In order to assume charge of sales, the Territory Sales Manager will work closely with the CEO. Together, they will assemble the required team and integrate well with the current one.
- Create sales plans that work for the region.
- Will also handle the reconciliation of payments and receivables.
- Will actively collaborate with the accounting department to track sales and accounts receivable statistics.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
