Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they obtain licensing to meet the company's sales targets.
- Motivate advisors to reach the sales targets set by the company.
- Provide on-the-job training and manage and monitor the performance of advisors.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain policy persistence for the advisors' team to achieve overall team profitability.
Primary Mandates :
- Graduate with minimum 2 years Field Sales experience.
- Local Person for 5+ years.
