Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Actively market to local customers and close deals on a range of items.
- To meet sales targets, cultivate and maintain strong bonds with both present and future customers.
- Give engaging product talks and demonstrations to highlight the special benefits of our lines of work.
- Provide appropriate pre- and post-sale services to the customers.
- With the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets, successfully negotiate and close sales deals.
- Collaborate closely with management and the sales force to create and carry out effective sales plans and campaigns.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
