Job Description :
- Manage a group of field sales agents by giving them direction, support, and training to help them reach their goals.
- Within the designated territory, create and carry out strategic initiatives to boost sales income and market penetration.
- To find chances for expansion and improvement, examine market trends and sales data.
- Assign the team specific sales goals and KPIs, and keep a close eye on performance while giving feedback to promote ongoing development.
- Encourage teamwork, creativity, and professional growth by cultivating a high-performance, cooperative culture within the sales team.
- In order to match sales operations with overarching business goals, coordinate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
