Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Finding possible clients for our business and establishing new connections with interested clients are the duties of a field sales manager, which will increase our customer base.
What You'll Do :
- The sales channel is in the business of earning revenue.
- In the position of achieving the Branch's sales team's business goals and achieving value, volume, and channel productivity.
- In charge of managing a big sales channel that includes sales and team leaders.
- Business leaders are also ensuring that sales teams are recruited, trained, retained, and mentored.
- Knowledge of managing a large team
What We're Looking for :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector (Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Should possess good communication & presentation skills,
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Background - BFSI industry is a bonus.
