Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities :

- Locating, overseeing, and gaining business from market channels

- Maintaining a quality portfolio via reducing rejection and delinquency

- Broad awareness and comprehension of retail's resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends

- Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support

- To promote operational efficiencies and superior customer service, suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry.

- Find and pursue new business prospects while preserving connections with current customers.

- To find trends and expansion prospects, perform market research and analysis.

- Work together with the marketing group to produce persuasive presentations and sales collateral.

- Use Microsoft Excel and additional sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
