Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Function and Accountabilities :
- Utilize networking, research, and cold calling to find and qualify leads in order to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Create and preserve connections with influential decision-makers and stakeholders in the target industries to learn about their needs and difficulties.
- Introduce and show prospective customers our products and services, emphasizing their advantages and value proposition.
- Work together with the technical pre-sales team to develop proposals and solutions that are specifically customized to meet the needs of the client.
-Bargain with clients on terms of agreements, contracts, and prices in order to close sales and meet revenue goals.
- Oversee all sales-related tasks, including establishing and scrupulously observing sales goals and guaranteeing precise product delivery across all sales channels;
- Ensure prompt market collection of the company's funds. Create a strategy to reduce expired merchandise.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
