Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Creating marketing plans to advertise new insurance policies of various kinds or to recommend modifications to already-existing ones.
- Building fruitful connections via cold calling, networking, using referrals, and other methods to develop a pool of potential customers from diverse sources.
- Assessing the financial standing and needs of companies or specific clients, then recommending protection programs that satisfy their requirements
- The ability to create and carry out marketing strategies that are in line with overarching business goals.
To guarantee that agents have the necessary product knowledge and sales abilities, conduct extensive training programs.
- Offer constant guidance and assistance to improve the agency team's performance.
- Help clients make judgments by giving them accurate information about the products.
- Professionally handle consumer questions and complaints, elevating them to management when required.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
