Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create reports for senior managers based on a regular examination of sales data.
- Utilizing a variety of customer-focused sales techniques (such as cold calling, B2B, talks, etc.)
- Project sales, create "out of the box" models and tactics, and assess their Efficiency
- Assess clients' abilities and requirements and create fruitful, enduring connections
- Reach individual and collective sales goals.
- Examine accounts, produce, or pursue sales leads
- Keep up with the most recent advancements by attending meetings, sales events, and trainings.
- Use financial statistics data to report and provide management feedback.
- Updating and growing the client database in the region you were given
Examine regional market patterns to identify fresh chances for expansion.
- Identify possible issues and provide quick fixes.
- Provide fresh product/service ideas and creative sales strategies to boost client
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
