Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To locate, find, and seize both immediate and long-term business prospects.
- To expand business prospects within both existing and potential clientele in line with the sales plan.
- To maintain client retention through meeting consumers' continuing expectations.
- Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as developing proposals, service agreements, prospects, and markets.
- Monitor the field team's daily operations, mentor, train, and inspire them to meet both personal and organizational goals.
- Developing the necessary abilities in subordinates by giving them instruction on items, sales techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Checks in with clients to ensure they are happy with the product.
- Proactively locating potential clients, getting in touch with them, and following up on sales leads.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
