Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead generation activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Do work as a team leader and execute sales plans
- Motivate team to generate the sales lead
- Prepare a team of agent for selling purpose and close deal through the agent
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales development representatives
Requirement :
- 2+ year experience in field sales
- Must be complete any Graduation
- Age : 21 to 38 Years
