We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving business growth, and overseeing the field sales team's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.

- Lead and inspire a team of field sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on potential sales growth.

- Hire, train, and onboard new field sales representatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- 2+Years of Field sales experiences.

- Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies

- Age Criteria:21 to 38.

- Fix CTC + Incentive

- Must be local
