Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (1-7 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Field Sales Manager to help expand our business. You will also serve as a link between our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities :
- Understand the needs and demands of potential customers.
- Create effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
- Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Hire advisors and business partners.
- Evaluate leads from different marketing efforts to identify good sales opportunities.
- As a Field Sales Manager, your main goal is to meet the company's sales targets by planning and managing budgets effectively.
Requirements :
- Education : Graduate
- Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
- Channel : Agency
- Local candidates preferred
- Age : 25 to 38 years
