Roles and responsibilities :
- Recruit/Train advisors.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Focusing on advisor and retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Handling Video Calling service for NRI services
- Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues
- Chat Process for Non-Walk-in customer Service
- Maintain all policy payments data
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
