Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic field sales manager to lead and oversee our agency channel. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership and team-building skills, combined with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and guide agents to maximize performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Continuously support agents in skill development.
- Prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in field and retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of agency sales and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Candidate must be a local resident.
