Key Responsibilities :
- Hire, develop, and guide agents to achieve optimal performance.
- Create and put into action growth-oriented sales strategy.
- Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders and agents.
- Keep abreast of market developments and rivalry.
- Continue to support agents in developing their abilities.
- Create senior management performance reports.
- Assure compliance with rules and guidelines.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least two years of experience in field and retail sales.
- A solid understanding of the sales and distribution procedures used by agencies.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- The candidate must be from the area.
- A cooperative mindset centered on group achievement.
