Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a proactive manager of field sales to drive lead generation, develop client relationships, and meet revenue targets. This role involves working closely with stakeholders in target industries and ensuring successful sales operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize networking, research, and cold calling to identify and qualify leads, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Present our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their advantages and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the technical pre-sales team to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to successfully close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage all sales-related activities, including setting and monitoring sales targets, ensuring accurate product delivery across all channels.
- Ensure timely collection of company funds from the market and develop strategies to minimize expired merchandise.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a preference for local candidates.
