Our enterprise is looking for a Field Sales Manager to be liable for generating leads and completing sales goals. Responsibilities will include sales representations and product demonstrations, as well as bargaining contracts with potential customers.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal talents. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
Duties and Roles of Field Sales Manager :
- Serves consumers by selling products and fulfilling customer needs.
- Concentrates on sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of agents.
- Examine competitors by gathering current marketplace details on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies.
- Delivers historical records to customers by maintaining records on area and buyer sales.
- Communicate client and potential product pain points to appropriate divisions
- Create strong, enduring relationships with potential customers
- Dealing with all contracts with future clients.
Who Can Apply?
- Mini. 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- A Strong track record in a Field Sales and Marketing role as a continual high performer is a must
- Ability to Mentor and train your Sales Team
- Local candidates Preferred First
