Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Candidate Criteria :
- Having sales and marketing Experience of 3+ years in BFSI sector
- Cold calling with a team member
- Give proper Guidance to your team
- Age min.24 to max.38
- Must be Graduate
- Managing a team of 8-10 members
- Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
- Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
- Responsible for capacity building at branch level
- Cross-sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through :
- Recruiting agents by your team
- Training and developing Team members
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents update Sales Management System.
- Accept leads generated from in-branch lead generators as well as warm
- Leads provided by the bank from the database as well as generate own leads
