Manager - Field Sales - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase sales revenue.
- Train, coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their selling skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing regular feedback and support.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to review sales performance, discuss sales strategies, and share best practices.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition and customer needs to inform sales strategies and plans.
Skills :
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
