- You will be in charge of researching potential consumers and promoting our products as a channel sales executive and manager. Additionally, managing and promptly resolving client complaints will be your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :


- Build a Team of Financial Advisors & Consultants

- Training and motivating your team on products and sales

- Generate a Lead of customers through your team

- Close the lead of prospective customers by advising about products

- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors

- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors

- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.

Required Candidate profile :

- Graduation must be complete

- Sales Experience : 2 TO 6 Years experience in field sales

- Good Communication skills
