Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your team of sales agents, as well as identifying and recruiting new sales agents to join the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide training and support to help them improve their sales skills and achieve their goals.
- Recruitment : Identify and recruit new sales agents to join the team
- Attend meetings and events to promote the company's products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
