Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- Among your responsibilities will be to find and cultivate new clients in order to meet monthly sales goals.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and maximizing share of wallet by finding upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients.
- Organizing follow-up before and after sales.
- Meeting and going above weekly and monthly Targets.
- Establishing enduring bonds of cooperation with other internal stakeholders.
- Keeping an eye on market trends and often delivering rival comments.
- Data organisation and the creation of in-depth customer insights to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Assisting the sales team with important planning and operational duties to further the company's overarching goal.
- Attainment planning, which entails setting goals that are realistic, creating sales incentives that support corporate goals, and defining and analysing the sales zone for maximum efficiency.
