Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
At this time, we are seeking applicants with experience in field sales.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Make contact with advisors who don't meet the contract maintenance requirements to either reactivate them or set up their training.
- Manage the advisor onboarding process's option.
- Accept accountability for the advisor's earnings.
- As required, lend a hand with prospecting or spotting activities in the field.
- Assist with prospecting or spotting activity in the field as needed.
- Act as a product expert in your industry
- Participate in a group fieldwork project.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer fantastic customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
- Up to 3.00 to 5.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
