Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Roles :
- Establish connections with customers, EPCs, and other regional stakeholders.
- Find and cultivate connections with agents and suppliers who can significantly advance business objectives.
- Control all the agents in the area.
- To guarantee that our sales plans are effectively delivered to our customer base, we must develop, assess, measure, and oversee the agents.
- Conduct instruction presentations and seminars for clients and representatives.
- Analyze and research business prospects that are in line with the long-term goals and strategies of the corporation.
- Create and expand a sales inquiry pipeline.
- Locating prospects and cooperating with the technical teams to increase the company's profitable revenue.
- Be abreast of all sales prospects, rival activities, and the performance strategy.
- For customer service, communicate with the service staff.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
