Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Create and execute successful sales tactics to meet sales goals within the designated territory.
- Participating in the creation of the company's yearly goals and objectives
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with both current and potential clients.
- To increase market share, find new business prospects and produce leads.
- Work together with the marketing group to create campaigns and promotional materials.
- Give clients product information and training to improve their comprehension and sense of value.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their financial requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Keep an eye on rival activity and market trends to spot possible threats and opportunities.
- Create and deliver sales projections and reports to the management group.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, business conferences, and other pertinent gatherings to network building
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
