Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our products.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
- Explore and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and progress against targets.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
