Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Agent Recruitment : Identify, recruit, and onboard talented insurance agents through various channels, including referrals, job portals, and networking.
Training and Development : Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell our life insurance products.
Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and mentor your team of insurance agents, setting clear sales targets and closely monitoring their performance.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing the potential of the agency channel.
Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with customers and ensure that their insurance needs are met promptly and professionally.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in life insurance sales, agency channel management, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
