Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
- We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Provides historical records by maintain records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Motivate sales team to achieve great results
- Execute smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximize business potential.
Qualification :
- Education : Graduation in any stream
- 2+ years' experience in field sales
- Age : 23-39 years
- Presentation skills
- 1+ year stability in past job
