Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Working with the group to identify potential new franchise, channel, and sub-broker partners.
- Creating and implementing a plan for business improvement.
- In charge of reaching out to potential partners by phone, email, and social media and scheduling meetings as necessary.
- Forging dependable connections with Mumbai's Franchisee Network Partners
- Conducted daily advisory research and collaborated with Desk Support to grow Franchisee Brokerage.
- To assure franchisee productivity, improve brokerage volume, new client acquisition, and reactivation.
- Always assessing franchisees' or sub-performance brokers' output and taking the necessary action to boost it.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
