Job Description :
- Oversee a team of sales professionals that work remotely or out in the field.
- Training sales staff
- Implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring the sales team to ensure they follow proper protocols and meet sales goals.
- Evaluating customers' skills, and needs and building productive long-lasting relationships.
- Understand customer financial needs and objectives.
- Heads on-the-job training for new sales representatives
- Ensures field sales team meets said sales objectives
- Monitors sales staff performance of selling goods or services to existing and potential clients
- Resolve customer needs.
- Sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
