Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
1. To identify potential Financial Advisors && recruit them from your natural contact & references.
2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor && generating their Code.
4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
5. Designing contests & arranging campaign s for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
6. Reporting in to the Branch Manager.
Candidate Requirements :
Graduation : In any Stream
Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
