Manager - Field Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Converse with potential and existing clients to provide product knowledge and demonstrate company's products
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers
- Effectively utilize data and analytics tools for sales forecasting
- Work closely with sales team to identify issues and address problems
- Oversee the dispatch of field personnel, scheduling work, and adjusting work priorities
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Develop and maintain referral sources
