Manager - Field Sales - BFS (1-8 yrs)
- In charge of expanding the agency network. recruiting sales advisors who are paid on a commission basis
Responsibilities and roles :
- Choosing and overseeing a team of financial advisors and agents.
- Manage an agent's entire life cycle, for example, by training partners to use our app to serve customers in the most effective and efficient way possible.
- Encouraging partners to increase their pocket share with us and putting an emphasis on renewals and making sure it is not diluted.
- Pay attention to the manager's monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Recognize and follow the policies of the company.
- Uphold a high standard of professional hygiene.
- On-roll or off-roll recruitment of advisors and distributors.
- Activation and business generation through the team of Advisors and Distributors are ensured, as are quality business, persistency parameters, and all other requirements as per organizational metrics.
- The recruited team of Advisors and Distributors are upskilled on products and selling skills.
Preferred profile :
- A diploma or an MBA.
- One to two years of experience, preferably in sales and marketing and financial services, in a comparable position
Having the Broker Qualified certification (NIA/III) will be advantageous.
- Thorough knowledge of the business environment. Very good product understanding for insurance.
- The capacity to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders both orally and in writing.
- Skilled with the Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software. exemplary presentation abilities.
